Web Developer

**Responsibilities**- Creating layouts and interfaces within no-code environments, using standard HTML/CSS practices.- Implementing high-quality SEO policies in web design and layout.- Conduct regular keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis to generate actionable recommendations- Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to optimise the website and increase its visibility, rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.- Assist in SEO content growth in the areas of research, planning, and publishing- Assist in troubleshooting SEO problems and execute optimisation plans to resolve issues- Collaborating across various teams to ensure websites align with brand standards and user expectations.- Ensuring website functionality, performing updates, and regular maintenance.- Testing websites for usability, fixing bugs, and making iterative improvements.- Staying updated with the latest trends in web design and no-code development technologies.- Designing responsive websites for optimal experience across devices and browsers.- Employing strong UX/UI principles in e-commerce website designs.- Managing multiple web design projects efficiently to meet deadlines and client satisfaction.**Requirements**:- Degree in computer science, IT, or similar.- 3 years of experience in web development.- Proficiency in Mandarin, Malay and English is a must, proficiency in Thai / Bengali / Burmese will be a plus.- Practical experience with content management systems.- Experience with diagnostic tools.- Leadership, management skills, written and verbal communication skills.- Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills- Knowledge on On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO.
