Web Project Coordination & Management Internship

Opportunities to work with prestigious organisations and agencies such as Cagamas, IOI Properties, Nilai University, Ajinomoto, Kewpie etc.- Assist project managers in creating project plans, timelines, and milestones.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers to ensure seamless project execution.- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, proactively proposing solutions to address any issues that may arise.- Conduct research and gather relevant project information to support decision-making processes.- Prepare and maintain project documentation.- Assist in organizing client meetings, providing updates on project status and addressing client inquiries.- Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned.**; Requirements**:- Preferably who currently enroll in or recent graduate of Business Management, Project Management, Information Technology, or any relevant degrees and courses- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, actively listens, and conveys information effectively.- Organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.- Problem-solving abilities to identify challenges and propose solutions.- Demonstrated ability to collaborate harmoniously in a team-oriented environment, building positive relationships with team members and clients.- Willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic project requirements and changing priorities.- Knowledge of project management tools and software is advantageous.
