**BASIC FUNCTION**- To assist in the manufacturing of fire extinguisher which includes fabrication, welding and inspection process to meet various product standard specifications.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Ensure welding result is in accordance with the product standard specification.- Ensure welding machine setting is in the right parameter for accurate welding result as well as meeting the standard specification.- Ensure all product conform to the product standard specification before delivery.- Ensure material use for the trolley are in accordance with the product standard specification.- Ensure compliance on safety and health rules and regulations at all time.- Perform both manual and machine welding for fire extinguisher based on the required product standard specification.- Perform welding machine setting based on the required product standard specification.- Assist in material arrangement.- Perform material and product quality inspection based on the required product standard specification.- Perform regular machine maintenance and minor trouble shooting.- Perform any others duties as instructed by the Management from time to time.**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**- A certified welder by authorized accreditation body.- At least 2years working experience.- Able to perform both manual & machine welding.- Technical know-how of trolley extinguisher product standard specifications.
