Welder- Johor Bahru

**Responsibilities**- Under the leadership of production supervisor, strictly follow the "welding operation procedures", complete the daily and weekly production tasks and be responsible for the quality of welding- Prepare the parts to be welded according to the product part name, model, specification, welding component drawing, welding process instruction and welding process in the "Process Sheet" of the workshop- Strictly abide by the "welding process" to do product parts welding, in order to ensure the quality of welding, should strictly dry welding wire, parts preheating, welding slag removal, if necessary, post-welding heat treatment and record- After inspection, the pores, cracks, not permeable phenomenon should be rewelded timely.- Strictly follow the "equipment management system" to maintain welding machine, oven and rolling platform- Good awareness of production safety management and 5S work- Other work assigned by supervisor.**Requirements**:- At least 3 years operating experience in manufacturing enterprises, including at least 1 year welder experience, familiar with MIG welding, MAG welding process and standards- Proficient in gas welding operation methods and can complete the operation independently- Familiar with welding drawings and can independently complete the design of plate welding clamping- Familiar with process material management method- Welding certificate is a must**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Manufacturing: 3 years (preferred)- Welder: 1 year (preferred)
