Well-Being Advisor (Retail Sales)

**Responsibilities**:- To promote/market OSIM products and services.- Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale.- Responsible in handling all customer enquiries and requests from various platforms promptly and professionally.- To update and maintain customer interaction in the database.- To assist in resolving customer complaints tactfully.- To maintain amicable working relationship with business partners and customers.- To prepare of monthly reports and documentation (if any).- To demonstrates professional & technical selling skills and good product knowledge in dealing with customers to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.**Requirements**:- Minimum SPM qualification with retail sales experience.- Location : Leisure Mall, CherasPay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
