**Job description****RESPONSIBILITIES**- Assisting the head chef in the day-to-day operation- Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the manager to meet the standard and the quality set- Follows the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.- Coordinates daily tasks with the Chef- Able to estimate the daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.- Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production, and presentation standards- Personally responsible for hygiene, safety, and correct use of equipment and utensils**REQUIREMENTS**- Experience in catering and services will be added advantage- Knowledge and experience in various types of WESTERN cuisine**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Balik Pulau: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
