**WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH FLUENT ENGLISH WITH MANDARIN OR FLUENT ENGLISH WITH CANTONESE LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY!!!!****Job Summary**:The Language Interpreter is responsible for handling Live Calls on demand and renders meaning of conversations in the consecutive mode of interpretation between speakers of **Mandarin / Cantonese, and English**. It should processes information quickly and concisely, recognizes sensitive cultural differences, and is professional and courteous at all times. The interpreter will use appropriate industry terminology and understands common industry procedures and practices.**Responsibilities**:- Handle incoming call and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customer's needs.- Provide customer support using **English or Mandarin** language via live call- Follow up and resolving customer complaints and problem and ensure it's close to satisfaction.**Job Requirements**:- Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy- Well communication skills- With relevant experience in Interpreter is preferable- At least Diploma holder in any fields- Able to start work immediately is preferable**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM4,950.00 - RM8,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Work from homeSchedule:- Night shiftApplication Question(s):- When is your available start date / how long for your notice period?- May I know how much for your current salary?- Why do you think you are suitable for this role?**Experience**:- Translator: 1 year (preferred)Shift availability:- Day Shift (preferred)- Night Shift (preferred)- Overnight Shift (preferred)
