JOB DESCRIPTION: Hi, LASER AUTOMATION ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. seeks a 5 AXIS CNC PROGRAMMER to help design and test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products befitting our company's name. 1'¢Communicate effectively with team members within and across departments to ensure that designs perform as intended and for their efficient fabrication. 2'¢Participate in cross-training with existing staff, train new employees, and assist with improving existing training documents as needed. 3'¢Monitor CNC processes and implement proactive solutions; process improvements, line flow, quality, efficiency 4'¢Design and develop 5-axis toolpaths for CNC machining. 5'¢Develop new machining processes and techniques with internally-developed hardware. 6'¢Design and manufacture part holding fixtures for High Mix - Low Volume production. 7'¢Efficiently write programs on 3, 4 & 5 axis machines in the language of the machine's controller using Mastercam. 8'¢Setup and prove out processes with Machinist on 5 Axis CNC machines.
