Account Assistant

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Updating financial records via accounting software- Preparing weekly report- Maintain petty cash and record petty cash via accounting software- Recording financial transactions.- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable management.- Performing quarterly hard close activities.- Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.- Identifying and reporting any financial discrepancies or irregularities.- Assist on board E-Invoicing & software migration
