List-ID: 94708360Today 10:50**Job Description**:- 1. Responsible in day-to-day finance and accounting functions include preparing of payments, monitor receipts.2. Continuous update of daily cash flow to ensure sufficient funds3. Billing to customers4. To prepare purchases and sales report to the Management5. Check and verify all suppliers' invoices to ensure completeness of supporting documents6. Perform general accounting data entries into ACCOUNTING system.7. To handle daily accounting functions and monthly closing activities.8. Perform Bank reconciliation, petty cash, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets(full spectrum of accounts)9. Ensure all accounting related transaction timely and accurate10. Preparation of management and financial reports.11. Manage and maintain proper records keeping and filing systems12. To check for any variances or unusual transactions that will affect the quality of reporting standards.13. To assist in budgeting and forecasting14. Work closely with various stakeholders for example liaise with auditors and bankers in ensuring the completion and accuracy of financial reporting while being complied with local tax / audit regulatory15.
