Account Executive (Ap) - (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description : Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry Reconcile bank statements Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner Purchase reconciliation between the Finance system and vendor Statement of Accounts (SOA). To liaise and resolve with vendor if there is any discrepancy.   Requirements : Minimum Degree in Accounting or relevant qualification; Good interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with team and business partners throughout the organisation; Flexible, meticulous, organised, and able to work under time constraints and deadlines: At least 2 years of working experience in the related field; Able to work independently under minimum supervision; Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Computer literate. Experience in SAP ERP system is an added advantage;
