Account Executive

1) Handle full set of accounts and oversee all related accounting tasks. 2) Monitoring of issuance of invoice, DN, CN, PV & OR 3) Checking unbilled report for billing on daily routine 4) Preparing weekly report outstanding of collection 5) Cashflow Planning on weekly basis. 6) Liaise with Management Team, Bankers, Vendors, Auditors, Tax Agents, Company Secretary and any other statutory bodies for Statutory Reporting, Corporate Governance and Compliance's matter 7) Prepare full sets of accounts including monthly management account with financial variance analysis 8) Ensure monthly intercompany balances are prepared, recorded up-to-date and reconciled 9) Prepare ad hoc report and knowledge of corporate exercise is an added advantageTogether with our licensed real estate partners, we provide services include property leasing, property management, sub-sales, investment consultant, tax advisory and interior design.
