Account/Finance Asistant

Financial management system implementation with FOCUS System.- Able to manage and handle AP, AR and GL and able to manage full set of account.- Prepare monthly management reports on paid.- Coordinate cash denomination for store operation / cashier.- Review variance to budget.- Cashflow reporting and forecasting.- Assisting on preparing the annual statutory accounts.- Submitting taxation returns and liaison with external tax agents.- Liaising with external auditors and banks.- Managing the company's financial systems.- Providing financial advice to HODs when necessary.- To undertake and perform any other job functions as and when required.Qualification- SPM/STPM and at least LCCI higher in Financial / Accounting Related field or equivalent.- E-commerce, IT knowledge, marketing and media communication will be advantage.- Strong analytical, Communication, and Computer Skills.- Understanding of Mathematics and Accounting and Financial processes.- Attention to detail.**Benefits**:- Annual leave- EPF, Socso & EIS contributions- Medical benefit - outpatient & inpatient- Group Term Life insurance coverage**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
