If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Account Management Associate at Lalamove.**Responsibilities**:- Solution selling: Drive corporate account growth by constantly seeking new opportunities to develop, expand, and strengthen relationships with key clients.- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing the necessary support and addressing their needs.- Analyze data to identify growth and profitability opportunities for both clients and Lalamove.- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to initiate new initiatives and resolve challenges.- Prepare comprehensive weekly business review reports for key accounts.**; Requirements**:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management or Client Servicing within a similar industry.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and nurture relationships with corporate key clients and various departments within Lalamove.- Results-driven mindset with a data-oriented approach to problem-solving.- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment as a collaborative team player.- Intermediate data analysis skills.
