Accounts And Admin Assistant

**Responsibility**1. Responsible for Accounts Payable activities including payment processing.2. Responsible for Accounts Receivable activities including recording of collection from customers.3. Reconciliation of supplier statements with accounting records.4. Dealing with debtors and creditors for discrepancies.5. Prepare bank reconciliation for all banks.6. Prepare weekly bank balance report and cashflow report7. Prepare monthly sales report.8. Support on yearly stock counting.9.
