We commenced operations in 1984 to support IGB Berhad ('œIGB'- ), a pioneering property development company in Malaysia, in managing and maintaining both their stratified condominium developments as well as their landed residential developments. Through the years, we have garnered invaluable experience, expanded our portfolio, and built up a strong team. Today, we are known for specialising in the management and maintenance of high end residential developments as well as commercial properties. As part of Malaysia's premier property development Group, our clients benefit from our ability to leverage IGB's expertise in project management, IT support, and construction, amongst others.
