Adjunct Faculty - Agile Coach/Scrum Trainer

Certification for Corporate (Good to have)Training and Evaluation- ACTA/ACLP- HRD Certified Trainer (TTT)- Or local equivalent**Must have**:At least 5 years in Project Management with 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master for tech or non-tech teams (can be cumulative)Demonstrable experience facilitating adoption of Scrum within a team or business unitExperience as a trainer, coach or facilitator in a corporate settingStrong interpersonal skills and business-level EnglishCapable of mentoring and coaching professionals and non-professionals in a group or 1-1 settingLed a team of more than 3 persons in an Agile settingProject Management experience in traditional project management contextsScrum certification for Scrum.org or Scrum Alliance preferred (PSM, PSPO, CSM, CSPO etc)**Nice to have**:Experience in startups or other entrepreneurial projects in SMEs**Job Type**: Part-time
