Job Title: Administrative cum Personal AssistantLocation: Bukit Bintang / Damansara HeightsOverview:**Responsibilities**:1. Administrative Support:- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for company executives.- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are organized and accessible.- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.- Handle expense reports and reimbursements.- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.2. Personal Assistance:- Provide personal support to company executives, including managing personal calendars and appointments.- Handle personal errands and tasks, such as booking appointments, making reservations, and arranging family activities.- Coordinate household maintenance and repairs as needed.- Assist with personal correspondence, bill payments, and other administrative tasks related to personal affairs.- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling personal matters.**Requirements**:- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or personal assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential information.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Experience with calendar management and travel coordination.- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.**Benefits**:- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.- Health insurance, and other benefits available.- Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.- Positive and supportive work environment with a collaborative team.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Afternoon shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Administration: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)- Bahasa, English (required)
