Job Summary:
Perform Digital Supply Chain and Talent & Culture Admin tasks.
Job Description:
Administration in Digital Supply Chain
- Transfer customer information from offline into the system.
- Ensure the accuracy of customer information in the database.
- Check daily customer digital orders and arrange for delivery.
- Liaise with the storekeeper to ensure all physical stock is tally with the system.
- Assist in stock count and reconciliation.
- Perform all the order and inventory in-out documentation.
Administration in People & Culture
- Assist in OT Calculation and Leave management.
- Assist in Door Access and Thumb In-Out Records.
- Perform Stationery and Pantry stock replenishment.
- Maintain Cleanliness and 5S Office & Factory arrangement.
- Be an office receptionist to handle all the visitors.
Key Requirements:
- High School or Diploma graduates.
- Discipline, responsible and take ownership of work.
- Attentive to details to ensure the accuracy of information.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willing to work overtime as and when required.
- Own transport.
