**Responsibilities**:- Perform clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.- Reconcile bank statements.- Process invoices, payment vouchers, cheques, and perform data entry.- Assist in bookkeeping tasks.- Prepare monthly payouts for utilities and supplier payments.- Prepare payment vouchers for supplier invoices and expenses.- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.- Provide general support to visitors.**Requirements**:- Proven experience as an admin clerk or similar role.- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) to deal with Chinese-speaking clients.- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.**Working Hour**:- Mon - Fri : 9am - 6pm- Sat : 1 week (9am - 6pm), 1 week (Off), repeat**Benefits**:- Competitive salary based on experience.- EPF and Socso provided.- Annual leave is provided.- Office located nearby to MRT station for convenience.????:????: RM2,500.00?RM3,500.00(?? )????:- Mandarin (??)- English (??)
