**Responsibilities**:**1. Order Processing**:- Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately and promptly.- Verify order details, including product, pricing, discounts, terms, and delivery requirements.- Enter orders into the order management system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, such as pricing discrepancies, availability, or credit holds.**2. Order Coordination and Tracking**:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, inventory, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth order flow.- Coordinate with internal departments to address order changes, cancellations, and updates.- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.- Track and expedite orders as needed to meet customer expectations and delivery deadlines.**3. Customer Service**:- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order-related inquiries, changes, or issues.- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and provide resolution- or escalate as necessary.- Proactively communicate with customers regarding order updates, delays, or any other relevant information.- Strive to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and exceeding expectations.**4.
