Responsibilities: 1. Maintaining and Managing the Megamall's digital platform. 2. Define and implement communication development activities on Digital and Social Media. 3. Monitor the online tool efficiency and trends and propose for adjustments if need to. 4. Manage data update and ensuring the data accuracy. 5. Manage online media campaign and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy, editorial planning and coordination, community outreach efforts, promotion and etc. 6. Become an advocate of the Megamall in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate. 7. Monitoring negative response received in social media and coordinate with Crisis Communication Committee on appropriate response. 8. Regularly feedback insights gained from online media and analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. 9. Work with inter-department to ensure information is kept up to date. Requirements: 1. A Degree qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations or equivalent. 2. Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in shopping centre management, retail, marketing or event management environment. 3. Well versed in video production, video editing, photography and graphic design. 4. Knowledge in Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must. 5. A team player with good interpersonal skills. 6. In-depth knowledge and understanding of website, social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios. 7. Strong command of written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin dialects will be an added advantage in order to liaise with Chinese tenants. 8. Tactful and able to excel within pressure-driven environment. 9. Meticulous and self-motivated. 10.
