Advertising Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:- Demonstrate and market products/services to both existing and potential customers using compelling arguments.- Evaluate the needs and cost-benefit analysis of current and potential customers to fulfill their requirements effectively.- Foster positive and enduring business relationships with customers.- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling to generate leads.- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.- Attain or surpass sales targets within the specified timeframe.- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.- Analyze the potential of the market/territory and maintain records of sales and status reports.- Provide management with reports on customer needs, concerns, interests, competitor activities, and possibilities for new products and services.- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and promotional trends.- Embrace continuous improvement through feedback.**Requirements and Skills**:- Demonstrated previous work experience as a Sales Representative.- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices, with the ability to build productive professional relationships.- Highly motivated and target-oriented, with a proven sales track record.- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication abilities.- Effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.- Capability to create and deliver tailored presentations catering to the needs of the audience.- Strong relationship management skills and willingness to accept and learn from feedback.- Possess a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Have you work in advertising agency industry?
