The objectives for Malaysia are to enhance the scalability of their global operations, improve service quality via their 'centres of excellence' and to implement/leverage standardised processes globally.Working Hours : 4pm-1amRegion : EMEAWhat will you do?Responsible for confirmation and settlement of all FX & MM tradesEnsure all transactions are processed in accordance to the bank rule, Standing orders, circulars, laid-down procedures and local requirementsEnsure all daily processing and settlement tasks for the team are completed in a timely and accurate manner, following established procedures and standing orders of RBCEnsure intra and EOD checks are conducted daily with any outstanding issues identified and actioned or escalated as appropriateProvide relief support and other duties as assigned on all functions performed across the teamsEnsure effective channels of communication with both Front Office and internal Global BCS colleagues as well as other functionsEnsure escalation of issues / risks to managementIdentify key areas for improvement and development to create operational efficienciesPrepare monthly attestation PEGA and ESODSeek to mitigate and minimize risksWhat do you need to succeed? Must-haveBasic working knowledge in SWIFT, Real Time Payment Systems, International Settlement Rules, Industry codes and best practicesBasic understanding of operational risk, impacts and preventative control frameworkMinimum of 1-3 years ( Fresh Graduate Encouraged to apply)Ability to perform analysis of business processesAbility to work shift hours to cover EMEA time zonesNice-to-haveStrong PC skillsFlexible and adaptable to different work related situationsAbility to work well under pressure and within timelines while demonstrating calm, logical approach to the situationWhat's in it for you?
