Analyst Intern

Hydrexia's internship program is a program that will gear you towards corporate and community experiences. An intern with us will gain execution and project management skills with our MgH project. Ultimately, you will gain broad experiences in the gas industry and be prepared to enter any demanding and challenging industrial environment. You will be working in a team led by our industry-experienced leaders and a batch of interns from various backgrounds and specializations.**Duties and Responsibilities**- Assist with the planning and implementation of key strategic sub-projects to ensure it meets the project timeline and delivers to the agreed quality and delivery date.- Assist in analyzing our project business metrics and dynamics.- Assist in the forecast and budget variance analysis and provide ongoing assessments and recommended solutions.- Assist in researching topics for MgH worldwide with the potential to cover a wider scope of segments.- Interpret data from various sources, both government agencies and private to formulate reports and make recommendations.- Perform valid and reliable market research-based SWOT analysis.- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices.- Formulate the conclusion of the research and present it to management.- Close collaboration with the technical team in China on technical matters.**Qualifications**- Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering/finance/business or mathematics.**Required Skills/Abilities**- Excellent in Excel & PowerPoint.- Good command of English.- Attention to detail.- Good project management skills.- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with statistical knowledge- Good strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.- Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 3 monthsPay: RM1,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Flexible schedule- Free parking- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to Friday
