In close collaboration with partners, we support merchants of all sizes worldwide to realize their growth aspirations through a comprehensive range of tech-driven digital payment and financial services solutions.We are seeking for a?**Risk Operations Specialist**?based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.**Key Responsibilities**- Sort out core business needs to build standard business rules and processes to lower business risks based on our various business models and evolvements- Coordinate between different functional teams to establish and maintain processes and mechanisms- Responsible for process optimization and mechanism improvement, accumulate work methodology and platform tools- Carry out daily process inspection and monitor the efficiency of the existing processes based on data analysis- Detect and resolve the process problems in time, continuously optimizing process products- Identify risks and business changes through indicator monitoring and data analysis- Collaborate with multiple functional teams to provide business and product solutions and risk-response plans to ensure business development without risk or with low risk**Qualifications**- Bachelor degree or above with 5 years working experience on process or risk management- Professional project management skill, strong cross-team coordination abilities, good at process management and results delivery- Possess logical thinking, quick to learn and able to provide good insights to influence others and drive projects- Ability to adapt to changes quickly and work independently- Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
