Job ResponsibilityRequired to draw and build floor plan and newly design floor plan.Basic knowledge and understanding is essential.Determine the clientâs goals and requirements of the projectSketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layoutsSpecify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, plumbing fixtures & etcResponsible to draw a project design outward that fulfills company or clientâs requirements while integrating the needs of marketing, sales and manufacturing capabilityCreate a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costsPlace orders for materials and oversee installing the design elementsVisit after the project accomplishes to ensure that the client is satisfiedJob RequirementsFresh Graduates are welcomeCandidate with experience is an added advantageAble to know and work with related softwareCan speak in Bahasa, English and MandarinOwn transport / Site visit requireGood attitude and willing to learn.Independent and responsible with excellent communication skillsJob BenifitsFixed monthly salaryKWSP & SOCSO included5 days work in a weekAnnual leave
