Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals (sales target) & Offer consultation and recommendations to store managers on overcoming operations challenges- Recruit, hire and train new employees in their direct area- Manage employee schedules, to include setting hours and timesheets- Ensure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines- Solving the conflicts of ground staff- Visit stores to evaluate operations, cleanliness and efficiency of each store- To identify defects on outlet & arrange with maintenance team- Monitor sales and work toward meeting quarterly objectives.- Evaluate performance and address issues to improve it- To monitor outlet's inventory level & product's matrix- Assist management in decisions for expansion or acquisition- Assist management when required- Handling customers complainsRequirement- Bachelor's degree in any related field e.g. Business, Marketing, Retail Management etc.- Sound understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for success- Solid communication abilities and can communicate effectively with a variety of audiences, including employees, external parties and upper management.- Regularly offer workplace coaching and mentoring opportunities for the employees they oversee.- Possess good multitasking abilities and successfully switch between various tasks with ease.- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities- Strongly self-motivated, to include studying and maintaining working knowledge of industry standards and trends**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime payApplication Question(s):- What's your expected salary?**Experience**:- Retail management: 3 years (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 75% (required)
