It's an opportunity to be part of something special.About the roleAn opportunity is available within Haleon for Area Artwork Manager to join the SEA & Taiwan Area team. As the Area Artwork Manager, you will be responsible for the approval process of all Artwork ensuring that all change projects are aligned to brand strategy, design changes and regulatory to deliver the winning formula of our product innovation plans and launches.From start to finish, the Artwork Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the full Artwork process to guarantee excellent products, on time, compliant to local country regulations, meeting the brand guidelines and the right quality and ensures to minimize time spend by brand management and regulatory affairs. The final decisions are the accountability of the brand manager, but the Artwork Manager has full freedom to act to meet the objective.The role is available to be based at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Philippines or Indonesia. Role Responsibilities• Monitor artwork briefs. Manage artwork approval between all relevant parties in the artwork process, both internal and external• Manage workflows in the Artwork Management System by facilitating the artwork briefs from Brand Managers/ Regulatory Associates – the preparations are in the hands of these individuals; the Artwork Coordinator ensures that the outcome is:a) approved by brand manager,b) approved by regulatory and/ or medical associate andc) do-able from artwork perspective• Maintain and update the artwork and packaging supply chain systems and any local artwork tracking tools, providing status updates to the Artwork Manager and key internal stakeholders highlighting any issues or risks to delivery.• Participate in cross functional project meetings, providing guidance on key artwork timings, milestones and issues.•Advise on technical or other limitations. Advise on solutions. Ensure knowledge is shared with commercial stakeholders.• Maintain team trackers & active KPI managementBasic Qualifications:You will be a team player with a "can do attitude" with an ability to work independently. You have previous experience of leading cross-functional teams (internal and eternally) to deliver results. You can communicate efficiently and effectively while maintaining an open communication with your stakeholders. Your flexibility and resilience are pivotal to your success in the role. You are a passionate Area Artwork Manager with the following skills:3-5 years of experience in packaging design within the Pharmaceutical or Consumer Goods industryExperience handling large, complex projects and delivering within established timelines.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate communication between various cross functional teams and 3rd party artwork provider.Digital project management and change management experience.Strong attention to details.Preferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:Bachelor's degree Knowledge of the Artwork/Labelling and printing processesHighly organized, with good interpersonal skills and a drive for results/sense of urgency.Location – this role is based in: Ulu Kelang/Ampang, Malaysia or Finance Center Building, Philippines.
