The Life Sciences and Chemicals industry is ripe for disruption, and we are looking for like-minded enthusiastic, and innovative people who are thirsty for a challenge to join us in making a difference.Asia Pacific Digital Transformation Specialist and Operations AnalystMissionThe Digital Transformation Specialist and Operations Analyst enables the organization to leverage on digital technologies and data-driven insights to improve organizational efficiency, productivity, and achieve strategic goals. This involves identifying and utilizing emerging technologies and trends, analyzing business processes and operations, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital transformation strategies.Reporting & LocationThe role will be based in Kuala Lumpur. Travel will be part of the job.Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Support and execute strategies to drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization;- Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making and drive business growth;- Monthly tracking of results pricing tool and variance analysis and flagging of issues- Development of necessary tools to support usage of pricing methodology and analysis- Gather data on achievements of KPIs (Operational, Commercial, Principals), for example for quarterly achievement evaluation- Analyse high level results and highlight issues- Support APAC management with various analyses on request- Perform analyses to support APAC supply chain initiatives, like consolidation of 3PL, hub projects, etc- Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner;- Create and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders on digital transformation initiatives, progress, and results;- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives and make recommendations for improvements;- Provide guidance and support to teams and departments on digital transformation initiatives;- Support and train commercial teams in digital transformation tools;- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital transformation strategies;- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends and provide insights on how they can be leveraged to enhance organizational processes and operations.Qualification & Skills- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field;- Preferably 3 years of experience in digital transformation, CRM/ERP and analytics;- Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP and data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI;- Experience working with large datasets and building data pipelines;- Ability to influence, develop and motivate people from diverse backgrounds;- Self-motivated with ability to work independently while also enjoying collaboration with cross-functional teams internally and externally;- Strong analytical, organization, decision making, written and verbal communication and presentation skills to working level as well as executive levels;- IT literate (MS Office, Dynamics AX, ERP-CRM);- Adapt easily to changing environment and responsibilities based upon organizational needs.The requirements of the job will develop and change due to the needs of the business and the employee will be expected to adapt to these changes.
