Job ResponsibilitySchedule meetings and manage calendarsAnswer phone calls and emails and take messagesTake accurate and comprehensive notes at meetingsHelp with daily time managementRun errands as requestedPlan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportationCoordinate events and speaking engagementsDraft correspondence such as emails and lettersProduce reports, presentations and briefsJob RequirementsProficiency in Mandarin to assist CEO from ChinaExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyDiscretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive informationExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work extended hours when necessaryJob BenifitsWorking hours: Mon to Fri 9am-6pmLocation: Plaza OSK (near to MRT/LRT Ampang Park)Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM3,200URGENT HIRING (VACANCY CLOSE ON APRIL)
