We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join the Vistra Corporate Services (Malaysia) Legal & Trust Management team. This role assists with business onboarding support function of the Trust division. The position will be supporting the Trust Commercial Team and Client Acceptance Team to provide business onboarding support. Key responsibilities: Support the Trust Commercial Team and Client Acceptance Team in delivering a full suite of trust and corporate services to clients Provide prompt, excellent, and professional trust and company administration services. Prepare and draft Trust-related documents and other on-boarding documents. Conduct KYC including name screening of trust related parties and participate in due diligence exercise during client on-boarding process. Review and comment on trust deeds, supplemental deeds, agreements and other legal documents of the team to ensure accuracy and applicability. Ensure that clients' data base is updated in accordance with clients' records and the accuracy of data being captured in the appropriate system. Conduct administrative reviews on existing trust and company structures Participate in transaction monitoring. Comply with the Group's internal control and audit standards. Participate in ad hoc projects or matters. Attributes & Skills: Fluency in English Good drafting skills Develop and maintain adequate trust knowledge to deliver full suite of trust and corporate services to clients Develop and maintain technical knowledge of trust and corporate structures Detail oriented able to work with minimum supervision in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Develop interpersonal skills Strong work ethic; professional and approachable Able to multitask and is meticulous Inquisitive and self-motivated Strong knowledge of the regulatory and compliance regime Able to work independently without supervision Relevant experience: Possess 2 years of trust administration experience or relevant experience in legal, accounting or company secretarial work. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
