ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER
We are looking for an energetic and innovative new team member to join us as Assistant Maintenance Manager / Technical Assistant based in office at Diamond Square, Off Jalan Gombak, Kuala Lumpur. You are responsible on daily operation and maintenance activities:
Job Descriptions:
1. To be in charge of building maintenance and facility management for all company properties.
2. To schedule routine inspection and identify maintenance issues
3. To supervise maintenance activities include corrective and preventive maintenance, operations, repair, upgrading and improvement works.
4. To assist in daily operations and ensure technicians/contractors complete jobs in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Ability to deal with other contractors, suppliers, technicians or maintenance workers
6. To perform routine building maintenance duties, including minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, landscape maintenance and others maintenance when required.
7. To check on fire extinguisher validity from time to time
8. To check the level of water and make sure water tank level are sufficient and water up to the rooftop tank
9. To do visual inspection of all switchboards to ensure all cable connections is securely connected.
10. To make sure all electrical equipment, appliances and fittings are in good condition
