**Key Responsibilities**:Perform an enhanced and robust review of completed / released transactions and alerts, as applicable, for CIMB Group Operations to ensure compliance with CIMB Group Compliance Policies and Procedures, CIMB Groups Operations Standard Operating Procedure, as applicable, for any gaps in regulatory compliance.**The responsibilities include**:- Ensure that all methodology set were followed guided by the standard operating procedure and operation manual.- To address all issues or gaps arising from the review to the management.- Provide written explanations of approach and analysis that supports the conclusions and observations from the review.- Escalate identified risks and areas in terms of methodology and processes.- Innovate and generate new ideas to improve methodology of analysis.- Document solutions and results in a simple comprehensive way to analyse in a formal documentation.- Coach and supervise juniors /peers, give directions, ensure the quality of analysis and work done and raise the standard of juniors to the next level of excellence, where applicable.- To work closely with the FMO Payments Screening Team to streamline and discuss case investigation and provide meaningful feedback to facilitate them in carrying out their primary responsibilities relating to key controls, where necessary.- Effectively communicate with Head, Payments Quality Assurance to ensure the fluid sharing of information and feedback across team members.- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality throughout the Quality Assurance process, by disclosing only pertinent information to key stakeholders. To undertake any other duties as assigned by the Head, Payments Quality Assurance.**Job Specification**:Qualifications:- Bachelor Degree in related discipline.Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements:- Certificate of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism (Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers) is an added advantage.Required Competencies and Skills:- Good analytical, planning, writing and communication skills.- Good knowledge of IT and systems related matters.- Team player, fast learner, positive attitude and self-motivated
