Responsibilities:Provide timely response and accurate resolution to various stakeholders on P2P matters. · Able to perform RCA and resolve the issue independently. · Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to maintain and improve the team’s processes, ensuring best practices are achieved. · Assist with creation and maintenance of documentation relating to payable function. · Assist with system testing ensuring internal controls issues are detected, reported and working as required and assist team with systems issues and raise remedy tickets. · Participate in ongoing change management and business improvement process initiatives to ensure that learning and assessment. · Building and maintaining positive relationships with team member and internal customer. · Compile KPI for BSC P2P markets monthly in a timely manner. · Support month end/year end closing activities. · Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) whenever required. · Support any ad hoc tasks as assigned. · Customer facing (internal/external) role working as part of a global Genpact/ GSK team. · Liaison with Genpact to ensure all SLA’s are met · Provide support on activities for all APAC markets · Team Lead for all SAP integration projects impacting Accounts Payable; e.g. Upgrades, enhancements, etc. Purchase to Pay · Assist, guide and train BU’s and Genpact team with the resolution of any process, transitional, and technical issues. · Ensure that any escalated issues or inquiries are followed up, investigated and resolved in a timely manner. · Ensure that additional actions are taken to avoid same occurrence to happen in the future. · Process Improvements: Ø Define an action plan for process improvements identified by both SSC’s Ø Manage fellow Global team members through improvement action plans Ø Establish priorities and deadlines · Plan and review together with the MGSSA Tower Lead any structured support and training that may be required by the Business Units; i.e. SAP training, new processes. · Perform Purchase to Pay activities and support in relation to the following processes: Ø Issue Resolution Ø Accrual Reporting to local BU’s Ø Payments Ø Maintain Banking Relationships and Provide Daily Funding Ø Month End Closing Ø Supplier Maintenance Ø T&E & P-Card Administration Ø Freight Auditing Ø Global Oracle Account Access & Hierarchy Maintenance Ø Tax and Calendar Setups Ø Internal and External Audit Requests Ø SOX Narratives Skills and Qualifications Required: . · Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA or local equivalent preferred)/Diploma or part professional qualification will be considered. · Demonstrate excellent customer service skills. · Minimum of 4 to 6 years of P2P experience. · Fluency in foreign language including Thailand / Vietnam / Mandarin which is common for business verbal/written communication would be added advantage. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Self-motivated and displays initiative in solving problems. · Ability to plan and prioritize workload to ensure all key deadlines is met with accuracy. · Actively participate to improve processes making them more effective and efficient through lean & Six sigma approach. · SAP & Shared Service experience are preferred. · Attention to detail, good analytical and problem solving capabilities. · Excellent time management and planning skills · Excellent PC operating skills. Should be comfortable with MS office especially MS Excel. · Must be fluent in English – both written and spoken. · Drive to achieve results and deliver on goals. · Communicates well with stakeholders.
