Assistant Marketing Manager (Melaka)

What is your role is all about?
Reporting to the Center Manager, you will be based at one of the shopping malls located at Melaka?that our Company is managing.
As a?Assistant Marketing Manager, you are responsible to:
Plan and organize newsworthy promotional activities and programs for the mall.
Prepare, achieve and generate revenue according to the department budget annually.
Assist tenants in creating exciting promotional launches and programs to enhance branding and increase sales turnover
Organize themed promotions/events at the and other suitable location on a regular basis to maintain the popularity of the mall.
Responsible for all promotion advertisements (print, electronic and multimedia) and decoration for the mall.
Build and maintain close relationship with all government authorities and agencies, non-governmental organization, media, Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board and others.
Organize community projects with various government authorities and agencies, non-governmental organizations and other private organization on a regular basis.
Prepare press releases, speeches and other publicity materials in relation to the mall?s promotions and other community projects.
Responsible for the mall?s internal newsletter issuance to all tenants.
Responsible for invitation of the Ministers and VIPs to launches and other events.
Organize press conference(s) for the mall?s functions and special events.
Organize and prepare all necessary public relations matters in relation to the mall
Update and maintain the mall?s social media and website to keep the mall relevant.
To increase likes and good comments on tourist/ travel related apps such as Trip Advisor, Google Map, etc.
To lead and manage Concierge Department in daily operations and ensure efficient customer service provided at the counter
To perform specific or other related duties as may be assigned to you in the interest of the Company from time to time.
What we are looking for?
Degree in Marketing / Business or?equivalent
Results oriented, driven and strong problem solving skills
Willing to work at Melaka
