Assistant Project Manager / Assistant Site Manager / Senior Site Coordinator

Requirements :

- Possess at lease Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Engineering (Civil)/Project Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in projects, planning, implementation and site management, preferably with exposure to high-rise project.
- Must have the ability to lead a project team for execution of all site activities
- Familiar with architectural / engineering design, good communication skills and team player
- Familiar with ISO requirements
- Computer literate & knowledge in using Auto CAD is an added advantage
- Able to work independently and under pressure with minimum supervision

Job Description :

- Assist Senior Project Manager in coordinating and leading project team consists of consultants and contractors
- Preparation and presentation of Progress Reports to management
- Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials / plant on site
- Implementation of ISO system
- Calculate/Check/Review and suggesting necessary changes on all architectural, structural and M&E plans before implementation of works
- Close monitoring of timeline and contractor’s work progress to ensure smooth and effective daily operation and good housekeeping of the site
- Monitor approved budgetary cost and variation order
- Conduct / Attend site meetings when required
- Other assignments which are necessary and may be assigned from time to time for successful implementation of the projects
