**Responsibility**:- Responsible for sales and profitability of the restaurant by providing the highest level of hospitality, food quality, outlet cleanliness and people management strategic.- Ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations in the restaurant i.e. sales, stock, people and customers.- In charge training and recruitment process.- In charge of inventory, ordering and administration process.- Able to provide excellent customer service practices.- Able to take charge and provide solutions to customer's queries and complaints Perform related duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements:- Diploma/ Degree holder with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Restaurant Manager background or similar.
