Assistant Supervisor

Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services- Make sure products in good condition when handling- Improve customer satisfaction and help to get google review on social media- Immediately and respectfully respond to guest requests; report guest complaints to immediate supervisor and assists in resolving such complaints.- Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements- Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.- Assist retail team colleagues whenever possible- Assist in compiling the monthly stock and variance report- Assist ensuring the prompt fulfillment of orders release- Responsible deliver of superior in-store presence to improve distribution, visibility, merchandising and pricing execution- Responsible for payment and collections to ensure payment are collected promptly- Responsible for the inventory checking, merchandising, respond to customer concern, proposing promotion orders, negotiation, execution, payment collection and after sales service follow up.Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission payAbility to commute/relocate:- Cheras: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (preferred)**Experience**:- retail smartphone: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)License/Certification:- Driving License (preferred)Expected Start Date: 04/24/2024
