**Dial-up RM Performance Metrics**:- Hiring: Work with TA team to develop a strong RM hiring process to ensure that the right individuals with strong interpersonal skills are brought on board.- Retention: Develop strategies to retain top-performing RMs, possibly through personalized career development plans and recognition programs.- RM Sales Productivity: Regularly assess and optimize workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance overall productivity.**2. Periodic Benchmarking**:- Conduct Quarterly benchmarking exercises across MIST countries to identify Best Practices in RM management.- Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends & areas for RM productivity improvements.**3. RM Training & Development**:- Work with country RM Capability Development team on setting minimum standards and ensure delivery of standardized soft & technical skills required for effective Relationship Management.- Incorporate real-life case studies and simulations into RM training sessions through Role Plays to enhance practical understanding.**4. Client Satisfaction Score (NPS)**:- Use Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys to measure and track client loyalty towards RM satisfaction levels.- Actively address feedback and implement improvement areas to enhance overall client satisfaction levels.
