You'll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.As a Web Specialist, you are an integral part of the Marketing & Digital Team and a true change agent of becoming a Project-Based Organisation and implementing our new ways of working and decision processes.Your 'day to day'- Implementation, enhancement, and integration of digital products within local digital ecosystem.- Production and delivery of digital (website, eCommerce, and CRM) content for a smooth user experience.- Definition of best-in-class e-merchandising as well as product catalogue, price and promotions management.- Co-creation of digital strategy to expand and set-up online presence to affiliated e-retailers.- Monitoring and analysis of performance KPIs for Website, eCommerce, CRM, campaigns, and promotions.- Display and utilize strong understanding of importance of personalization and A/B testing.- Collaboration with international and multi-disciplinary project teams as well as agency and supplier management.**Who we are looking for**:- At least 2 years of professional experience in the areas of marketing, digital, website or similar.**. Know-how in digital product management**: user experiences, SEO, web management and more.- Enthusiasm for current developments in the digital world and interest in (technical) trends and innovations.- Analytical skills and experience in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, as well as initial experience in working with data and dashboards as a decision-- making basis for performance optimization.- A strong 'hands-on' mentality and a solution-oriented, pragmatic way of working.- A degree in business information technology, marketing or equivalent.
