Then read on.About the Role1.Process authorized POS transactions within as per the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)Process all Life change requests received as per stipulated requirementsEnsure that timeline and objectives as agreed with superior for any other assignments / projects that may be assigned are met or exceededEnsure 100% participation and contribution in team activitiesAttend & get certified for development plans identified to up skill and for personal development as per the planned timelinePerforms other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirementsEnsure that the agreed Individual processing Turn Around Times (TAT) are met or exceeded.Ensure all task and activities are recorded in AOM accurately and promptly.- Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._
