Associate, Value Channel E-Commerce Lead-Kuala

Location:**Malaysia**- Department: Commercial- Location: Malaysia- Responsibilities:- 1. Strengthen the low-price channel and promotional mechanisms by creating diverse assortment strategies that align with the priorities of sellers and business units.- 2. Generate weekly and ad hoc in-depth analysis to track progress, identify potential risks, and uncover opportunities.- 3. Evaluate sales trends and insights to determine suitable product assortments for the low-price channel.- 4. Take full accountability for executing the agreed-upon strategies with stakeholders.- 5. Comprehend the local market and business requirements and elaborate on business tactics to attain different objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).**Job Requirements**- 1. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, preferably 1 year working experience in e-commerce, retail, business development, consulting/finance is preferred. Strong industry background would be a plus.- 2. Bachelor's Degree in related fields (sales, marketing, business & PR)- 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with demonstrated ability to influence others- 4. Strong analytical skills backed by intermediate knowledge of Excel, ability to use data to understand root causes of performance and make decisions- 5. Action and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment- 6. Highly energetic & self-motivated. Eager to learn new things & passionate to work in an ever-changing environment- 7. Fluent communication in English
