Backlinking / Guest Posting

I need backlinking / guest posting to be done for my website. My site focusses on digital marketing. I don’t have the time to do the backlinking myself & therefore I’ve decided to outsource the job.
I've written 4 articles of 600-700 words each. They are 90% original checked using [login to view URL] The titles are:
~ Keyword Stuffing for Google My Business.
~ Go Digital Post Covid-19.
~ 2021 Adjusting Your Local SEO Strategy.
~ What is Google My Business.
1. You may use these articles of mine in your backlinking activities in order to reduce your costs. If you need me to write more, I can do so in 3-4 days.
2. I don't have any images to accompany these write-ups so I hope you'll be able to find some if required.
3. As far as the focus keywords / anchor texts are concerned, you please propose it to me based on your research.
4. My budget is USD $50. If you bid anything more than this, you will not hear from me.
5. Please get me do-follow links.
6. Please submit my link to websites with a Moz DA of at least 20. My site’s DA is 13, by the way.
7. Please DO NOT submit my link to any site with a Moz Spam Score of more than 7%. If you do so, you’ll be responsible to remove it. My site’s Spam Score is 1%, by the way.

9. The backlinks must be permanent.
10. I need a report on all the sites you have submitted the links to for me to check.
