Baker

• Must have customer service skills: exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness.
• Must be able to work in and out of different temperature ranges.
• Must be able to perform under pressure to meet high volume demand and responding quickly.
• Capability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 15kg.
• Excellent team player, ability to lead is an added advantage.
• Must be able to tidy up, cleaning & sanitised work area including used utensils, tools & related items used in preparing the dough & baked products.
• Must check all bread/cakes ingredients are enough at all times, alert to re-order to replenish stocks
• Must be able to handle bakery equipment such as mixer, oven,proofer, dough divider
• Must be able to meet deadlines & takes meticulous notes.
• Good level of knowledge & skills for preparation of bread/buns process.
