Barista

**Job description**- Prepare and serve hot beverages.- Complying with all applicable SOP of sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards at all times.- Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders- Clean and sanitize the work and seating area, all the utensils, and all equipment.- Manage stock properly and participate in stocktakes and assist in putting away new stock- Providing backup to other cafe employees- Ensure high quality of service.- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.- Support the Chef or Captain in ensuring smooth operation of the kitchen and prompt service at all times- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs- Give hand to any food preparation to be sold at the coffee shop- Bake bakery items or pastry time to time depending on customer traffic- Come out with a new beverage menu follow by market trends**Requirements**:- Customer-oriented- Being experienced as a barista is a bonus- Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred- Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to Commute:- Seremban 2 (required)Ability to Relocate:- Seremban 2: Relocate before starting work (required)
