Billing Executive

Responsibilities

Responsible for daily billing duties

Keying in of invoices to the customer’s billing portal

Ensure all bills are verified and sent out on a timely basis

Liaise with project team as well as clients on billing matters

Provide administrative support to the finance team

Any ad-hoc duties assigned when required

Requirements

Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant work experience

Possess strong initiative, good communication and interpersonal skills

Meticulous, and able to work in a fast paced environment and tight deadlines

Competent in picking up new technologies
