A. Achieving sales objectives and various targets
- Being responsible for monthly sales target achievement
- Managing and motivating team to increase sales performance
- Managing stocks level via inventory management with more than 1,000 SKU
- Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales
- Supervising and training retail assistants on customer services
- Manpower arrangement including staffing issue
- Concentrating on recruiting new members. Etude is managing of membership target
B. Ensure smooth operation of store on daily &/or monthly basis
- Monthly sale target is/are achieved
- stocks (selling, GWP, samples, testers) are tallied
- Paperwork &/or relevant document are completed and submitted to the Operation Executive within given timeframe.
- Maintain grooming according to company standard
- Cleanliness of the store
- Maintain good relationship with the sweeties
- Ensure daily sale record and cash register form are correct before Area Manager visit the store
C. Enforce strict & efficient management on staff
- Hold daily store meeting with staff (updates on promotions or any changes made from office)
- Observations on punctuality, attendance and personal grooming
- Duties are carried out/fulfilled on a daily-basis
- Correct and relevant message are well circulated among staff
D. Aggressively provide feedbacks &/or updates to Area Manager on
- Sales and market response
- Promotional/event response/result
Qualification and Experience
- Min. 4 years experiences in managerial role (assistant manager) in related field is preferred
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business
- Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Possess professional qualification CIBTAC/CIDESCO/Diploma in facial or makeup course will be advantage.
