Job responsibilities:-
Manage sales target, including the monitoring and execution of marketing program ??????????????????
Monitor and control the operational expenses and budgets ????????????
Create action plans for food cost and labor controls ????????????????
Ensure all team members comply to the company operating procedures ????????????????
Ensure execution of quality, service and cleanliness standards; monitoring food product quality, completing all necessary departmental reports ?????????????????????????????????
Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all their concerns ??????????????????
Manages team member Schedule ????????
Overcome manpower shortage problem ????????
Implement on the job training ??????
Any others related works assigned from time to time ??????????????
Job Requirements:-
?Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Able to speak and written in mandarin will be added advantange
Basic Skills in MS office and Google Application
Willing to work in inconsistent working hour
Strong problem-solving skills, leadership skills, organizational and interpersonal skills.
