Branch Manager (Sme Loan / Credit Finance / Hire

**Our client is a well established Credit Financing Company.**The role will oversee the business operations, which includes managing resources & staffs, developing & attaining sales goal, delivering customer service & growing business revenue.**Responsibilities**:- Lead a team of **credit experts (sales) & operation staffs**.- Drive the team succeed by setting goals & providing feedback.- Ensure the branch/centre works well & follows standard operating procedures (SOP).- Find ways to work better & support clients more effectively.- Establish & maintain strong relationships with clients & partners.- **Analyze financial background & possible risks** when providing credit options to clients.- Find new ways to **generate more clients & ensure business growth**.- Follow the standard operating procedures, credit regulations & laws.**Requirements**:- Diploma/Degree holder.- 8 years of experience in **Credit Financing/Hire Purchase/SME Loan** industry & currently at Management / Senior Management level.- Strong business & marketing network in Southern region- Good leadership & excellent communication skills.- Proficient in English & **Mandarin **is required to support business needs.- Permanent vacancy based in Malacca.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay
